  This used to be my go-to location for BJ's, however last time I went there (sometime after Christmas day 2016) will be my last visit. We encountered 3 huge cockroaches on the dinning floor, and when we brought it to the server's attention her response was: "yeah, we know about them, they get annoying"....obviously they have a infestation and they know about it.

  We love other BJ's but our first experience at this location was horrible. Took over an hour and a half from start to finish, the order was not right, the avocado rolls - which we always get - tasted like had rotten avocados and in general the food was mediocre...

  Sat at the bar and had the worst experience (service) from any "bartender" at any BJ's (or anywhere else for that matter) I've ever frequented...and there were only less than 10 people at the most seated at the bar and later less than that. Yet, "Robert" was totally inattentive to me as if I wasn't even there...forgot I had ordered a drink, asked for water and forgot, I had to ask for silverware, long waits to address needs, etc. But he attended to his "chores" diligently....but to the detriment of customer satisfaction. I like BJ's as a general rule; but this made for a not to good experience.
